
Fall Bird Walk
A guided bird walk through the Dunning Read Natural Area, led by staff from the Dunning library branch alongside a representative from the Chicago Ornithological Society. The group meets near the parking lot sign on Saturday morning, October 17, from 7:30 to 9:00 AM, with binoculars provided. Expect to spot raptors, woodpeckers, kinglets, and the resident coyote, plus rabbits and squirrels for good measure. Registration is required in advance through the active portal.
