ESL/ELL Practice: English Conversation Group

A weekly English conversation group meets at Vodak-East Side on Fridays from 2:00 to 4:00 PM, organized in partnership with Literacy Chicago. The focus is on building speaking and comprehension skills through lively discussions about current events, life in Chicago, and other everyday topics — aiming to help participants gain vocabulary and confidence. New attendees must register online through the Literacy Chicago website before their first session. The group is open to adult learners at various levels.
