ESL Practice: English Conversation Group

A weekly English conversation group for adults who already have some basic knowledge of the language and want to build confidence speaking and listening. Each Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 7:30 PM, Literacy Chicago instructors lead 90 minutes of discussion on current events, life in Chicago, and other everyday topics — a low-pressure way to expand vocabulary and meet people. New participants need to register online through Literacy Chicago's website before attending their first session. The group meets at the West Town library.
