English Conversation Practice Group

A drop-in English conversation group hosted in partnership with Literacy Chicago, meeting on Friday, December 4, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Manning. Weekly discussions cover current events and life in Chicago, with an emphasis on building conversational vocabulary and confidence for speakers of English as a second language. Registration through Literacy Chicago's online enrollment is required before attending for the first time; advance sign language or accessibility requests need to be made at least 14 business days prior.
