Engaging Students Through Asian Popular Culture and Inquiry

Join educators at the Field Museum on Thursday, July 23, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM for a professional development workshop on using Asian popular culture in inquiry-based learning. Participants engage in hands-on activities with images and cultural artifacts, exploring identity, history, and contemporary social issues. Registration includes materials, light breakfast, parking, and early access to the Pokémon Fossil Museum. A ticket is required, and educators earn 4 Illinois CPDUs.
