Drop-In Sketching: In the Spirit of de Kooning (Sept 3)

Drop-In Sketching at the Art Institute offers a chance to experiment with drawing techniques inspired by Willem de Kooning, using pastels and Conté crayons in the Pritzker Garden. The program on Thursday, September 3, from noon to 2 PM is open to all skill levels; bring your own sketchbook and pencils, or use materials provided first-come, first-served. It's the second of three sessions tied to the *Willem de Kooning Drawing* exhibition, and you can attend one or build on your approach across multiple dates.
