Dolores Huerta, Latine and Labor Day Zines

A zine-making workshop at the Uptown branch that lands the day after Labor Day and a week before Latine Cultural Month, giving teens in high school a hands-on way to engage with social justice topics. The session focuses on the legacy of labor organizer Dolores Huerta, with collage, junk journaling, and zine-making as the medium. Tuesday, September 8, from 4:30 to 5:30 PM.
