DIY: Día de los Muertos

A hands-on workshop at Little Village for tweens and teens ages 11 to 17, led in partnership with Yollocalli Arts Reach. Participants build a mini nicho box — a pocket-size shrine for a past loved one or to display on an ofrenda for Día de los Muertos. The session runs Tuesday, October 27, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM, and you can bring a digital photo on your device to print on-site. Free and open to the public, with advance sign-language interpretation and accessibility accommodations available by request.
