Decoupage Paper Napkin Workshop

A decoupage workshop at Douglass on Sunday, November 15, from 2:00 to 3:30 PM, where participants turn plain glass vases or ceramic plates into finished decorative pieces using paper napkins and Mod Podge. The session is pitched at beginners — no prior craft experience needed, and everyone leaves with something they made. You can use the napkins provided or bring your own design. Call the library at least 14 business days ahead if you need sign language interpretation or other accessibility support.
