Debating the Pros and Cons of AI

Are we becoming too dependent on AI? As AI becomes more commonly used, it is important to understand how it works and the potential effects it might have on our daily lives. In this program, two Chicago Public Library teen interns will present on the history of AI and its increasing prevalence in modern society. After the presentation, patrons will participate in several activities such as a quiz on recognizing AI, a Q&A with the summer interns, and a group discussion on AI regulation.

Patrons will be given snacks at the end of the workshop for participating.
