Crocheting Oya Workshop with Hale Ekinci

A workshop on crocheting oya — a traditional Turkish lace technique — led by textile artist Hale Ekinci at the Chicago Cultural Center. Participants learn the basics of oya, including how to create floral and geometric motifs with a needle and thread. The session runs Friday, November 6, from noon to 2 PM in the Chicago Rooms.
