Cookbook Club: Saka Saka

The Cookbook Club at the Richard J. Daley-Bridgeport Library offers a hands-on way to explore West and Central African cuisines. This month's pick is *Saka Saka* by Anto Cocagne, a Gabonese chef who combines her French culinary training with recipes from Gabon, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Congo, and Ethiopia. Participants choose one recipe to prepare and bring to the meeting on Sunday, July 26, from 2 to 3 PM, where everyone shares dishes and discusses the book.
