Conversación en las galerías: Beatriz González—En serie y a todo color

Beatriz González: *En serie y a todo color* is the first retrospective dedicated to the Colombian artist's drawings and prints, and on Monday, December 14, from 2:00 to 3:00 PM, curator Felipe Villada Ruiz leads a special walk-through of the exhibition entirely in Spanish. Villada Ruiz, a senior associate researcher for Latin America in Prints and Drawings at the Art Institute of Chicago, brings both curatorial expertise and a Bogotá art-fair background to the conversation. The program takes place in the first-floor galleries near the Michigan Avenue entrance, where the space is intentionally intimate. Free with museum admission, no registration required; ASL interpretation is available by emailing access@artic.edu at least two weeks in advance.
