Considering a New Tree for Homeowners
Join a local TreeKeeper to learn how to select, plant, and care for a tree that will thrive in your landscape for decades to come. This workshop covers how to choose the best planting location by considering utilities, buildings, neighboring properties, and sunlight conditions. Participants will explore tree selection guidance, including species recommendations for the Chicago region and how to match a tree to your goals, budget, and maintenance preferences.
