This class is for beginners and people who want to build more confidence in a non-judgmental environment.

In this class, students will learn basic computer vocabulary; how to use left click, right click, and double click; how to open and close computer programs; and how to navigate between different windows on the computer. We'll be using the library’s computers, so no need to bring anything with you.

Late Arrivals: Because this class is interactive, doors will be closed at 1:45. We will not be able to accommodate patrons who arrive after this time.

Don’t have time to make this class, but interested in learning some more computer basics? Check out some hands-on tutorials through Chicago Digital Learn. No library card necessary!
