Community Cinema: Happy Feet (2006)

The Back of the Yards Branch hosts a Friday morning screening of *Happy Feet* on November 13 at 10 AM — a family-friendly pick for anyone looking to entertain younger kids during a quiet weekday. The 2006 animated film follows Mumble, an emperor penguin who can't sing but has a gift for tap dancing, as he and his friends search for the cause of a food shortage. The screening includes English subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing. The branch entrance is behind the high school, through the CPS parking lot at 48th and Hoyne Avenue, Door 3; parking is available after 4 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends.
