Comic Book Roundtable: Mystery/Crime Comics

A monthly book-club-style meetup for adult comic readers, hosted at Sulzer Regional on Saturday, May 1, from 2:30 to 4:30 PM. In step with ALA's Mystery Month, this session focuses on mystery and crime comics—classic detective strips, noir, mob stories, and superhero whodunits. Attendees are encouraged to bring favorite titles to discuss, with suggested reading lists (including *Criminal*, *Blacksad*, and Chandler adaptations) available beforehand. For ages 18 and up. Digital copies of the discussion books are accessible through the library's Hoopla platform.
