(Come Out and Play): A Movement Workshop

Multidisciplinary artist Cristal Sabbagh leads a movement workshop at Legler Regional on Saturday, October 3, from 11 AM to noon, using abstract drawing, organic sound, guided words, and movement to help participants break out of habit and tap into creative energy. Her practice, rooted in improvisation and Butoh, walks a line between the everyday and the experimental. This session is designed for teens and young adults ages 14 to 24.
