Chicago Steppin'

The Black Artist Ensemble Dance Company teaches the fundamentals of Chicago Steppin’, an improvisational partner dance that grew out of Lindy Hop, Swing, and Bop. The session at Avalon on Wednesday, September 9, from 6:30 to 7:30 PM covers the signature 6-count step and a series of combinations — suitable for beginners and anyone who wants to refine their technique.
