Chicago Latino Dance Festival at Humboldt

The Chicago Latino Dance Festival returns to Humboldt Park on Sunday, October 11, from 3 to 5 PM, as part of a larger series that runs from mid-September through October 19. Now in its fourth year, this is the city's only Pan-Latino dance festival, produced by the International Latino Cultural Center. This particular stop features eight performing groups covering Afro-Latin, indigenous, folkloric, and contemporary traditions. Free and outdoors, it's a solid chance to see a broad cross-section of Latino dance forms in one afternoon.
