Chicago Astronomer Sky Viewing

The Chicago Astronomer brings telescopes to the Austin neighborhood on Wednesday evening, November 11, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM for a free public sky viewing. The educational organization has been offering hands-on astronomy experiences since 2004, and this session is open to all ages and backgrounds. In case of clouds or rain, the event moves inside for a presentation. Part of the 2026 One Book, One Chicago season tied to Samantha Harvey's *Orbital*. Sign language interpretation is available with two weeks' advance notice.
