Chicago Astronomer at McKinley

The Chicago Astronomer brings professional-grade telescopes and guided stargazing to McKinley Park for an evening that works for both beginners and seasoned sky-watchers. On Saturday, August 22, from 7:30 to 9:30 PM, the session includes an educational presentation on what’s visible that night, hands-on telescope instruction, and views of planets, stars, and deep-space objects. Weather permitting, all ages are welcome. Free.
