
Chair Yoga
Walker Branch would like to welcome people to try chair yoga. This practice is great for individuals who feel more comfortable stretching from a seated position. Students will learn simple stretches and movements that they can incorporate into their daily lives. Participants are encouraged to dress comfortably and welcome to bring a cushion or blanket to place on your chair.
Lily is a multidisciplinary artist and healing guide who weaves together movement, music, and mindfulness. She has a background in yoga, dance, music, and holistic healing.
