
Chair Yoga with The Collective Yoga Co-op
Join us for Chair Yoga on Thursday evenings — July 9th, July 16th, and July 23rd!
Chair Yoga is a gentle, therapeutic style of yoga performed mostly while seated, with some standing movements. It’s great for relaxation, improving balance and mobility, reducing stiffness, and building a sense of community.
Sessions are led by instructors from The Collective Yoga Co‑op .
Please bring a towel and wear comfortable clothing. Water and healthy snacks will be provided.
