Chair Yoga for Adults

Chair yoga at Legler Regional offers a gentle, seated approach to stretching and breathing, led by the organization Healing in Movement. The beginner-friendly class is designed for adults and takes place Saturday, October 10, from 3:00 to 4:00 PM. Registration is required.
