CANVAS-Cocobalé at Hamlin

On Thursday, July 23, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Hamlin (Hannibal) Park hosts CANVAS-Cocobalé, a free event reviving the Cocolembe tradition. The community gathers with drums, songs, and Calindá combat to honor the spirit and legacy of a great teacher, Coach Bill Heglin, as his fighters spar in celebration.
