Big Grill Fest Chicago

Big Grill Fest Chicago brings a roster of international chefs and barbecue specialists to Wrightwood Park for a weekend of live-fire cooking. The festival runs Saturday and Sunday, August 29 and 30, from noon to 10 PM, with dishes from Texas, Ireland, and beyond that you'd otherwise have to travel to try. Admission covers access to the grounds, chef demos, and a chance to sample the hero dishes, plus cocktails, beer, and wine available on site.
