Benefits Access Support with Hunger Free America

Hunger Free America brings a free benefits information session to the Manning location on Wednesday, September 23, from 5 to 7:30 PM. A social services project assistant will walk attendees through Illinois state benefits and offer one-on-one SNAP and WIC screenings on a first-come, first-served basis. The session is aimed at anyone struggling to make ends meet and looking for practical support. Refreshments are provided; sign language interpretation and other accessibility accommodations are available with 14 business days' notice.
