Beatmaker's Toolbox at Burroughs Beach

As part of Peace on the Beach, Beatmaker’s Toolbox, curated by B4Lasers and UniqMoniq, is a community-driven event series bringing Chicago’s beat culture into the parks. Each event features live beat sets, production demos, and interactive workshops designed to connect producers, artists, and neighbors of all ages. Rooted in hip hop, soul, and sample-based music, Beatmaker’s Toolbox creates space for creativity, collaboration, and cultural exchange while uplifting local talent and providing hands-on access to music production in an open, welcoming environment.
