Back-to-School Reset with Craft Therapy
Craft Therapy offers a low-key alternative to the usual back-to-school anxiety: a four-week series at Woodson Regional where teens 13 to 18 can talk through self-advocacy, friendships, and stress while working on practical projects like sewing and journal-making. The sessions start Monday, September 21, from 3:30 to 5:00 PM, and the emphasis is on genuine conversation rather than forced participation. Sign language interpretation and other accommodations are available with at least 14 business days' notice.
