Back-to-School Reset with Craft Therapy

Craft Therapy gives teens a space to process the back-to-school season with both conversation and hands-on creativity. The four-week series at Woodson Regional, running Mondays from 3:30 to 5:00 PM starting August 31, pairs real talk about self-advocacy, friendships, and stress with activities like sewing and journal-making.
