Back-to-School Reset with Craft Therapy
Back-to-School Reset with Craft Therapy is a low-key four-week series for teens 13 to 18 that pairs honest conversations about self-advocacy, friendships, and stress with hands-on creative projects like sewing and journal-making. The program meets at Woodson Regional on Monday, August 24, from 3:30 to 5:00 PM, and continues weekly. No hype, just a practical space for connection and clarity as the school year gets underway. Free. Sign language interpretation and other accessibility accommodations are available with at least 14 business days' notice.
