Connect with your creative side and the Chapters of Chicago Summer Reading theme!
Use paint sticks and oil pastels to create your very own work of art inspired by the following abstract artists: Chicago legend, Richard Hunt and Lenore Tawney and Tetsuo Ochibuko who went to the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
Follow instructions from an artist-librarian as she guides you through experimental art exercises set to relaxing music by Chicagoans. Let's create with our Chicago community and learn about Chicago art history along the way this summer!

Snacks and drink provided.
