Annual Summer Block Party

The Chicago Lawn Branch hosts its Annual Summer Block Party on Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. The free event features games, prizes, a resource fair, refreshments, and a foam party for all ages. Local elected officials distribute backpacks at 1:00 PM, with wristbands given to children upon entry starting at noon while supplies last.
