Ancestral Plant Medicine

A workshop that looks at how cultures around the world have used plants for healing, presented by Dr. Leilah Siegel and Chef Paul Molina. The session covers specific herbs and their traditional uses, plus the scientific basis behind them—about 20 to 40 percent of modern medications come from plant sources. It takes place Tuesday evening, December 8, from 6:30 to 7:45 PM at the Uptown location. Registration is required.
