Albany Park Bread Club

Albany Park Bread Club returns for its seventh installment, supporting home bakers with sourdough starter distribution, workshops, email support, and access to a baker's tool library. The three-month program is built around naturally leavened breads, and while weekday and weekend meet-ups are offered throughout, you only register once — though attending at least one meet-up per month is recommended for best results. Librarian baker Scott leads the group and is happy to help troubleshoot your sourdough journey. The Saturday, November 14 session runs from 10 AM to noon at Albany Park; registration is required through the library.
