AI and the Future Ahead of Us

AI is affecting us in many ways today, and as its capabilities continue to advance, the ripple effects may reach further than we thought possible. This evening program at Albany Park on Thursday, October 22, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM, starts with a short video on the rapid pace of development, then opens into a facilitated group discussion about how AI is already changing our lives and what that means for community, safety, and the future. Hosted by librarian and former technology journalist Scott, the session is built around the idea that if AI will affect all of us, we should all have some say in the direction it takes.
