Advanced Horizontal Jumps (ASMG) at Gately

A weekly 45-minute track-and-field instruction session for teens, focused on advanced horizontal jumping technique — long jump and triple jump mechanics. The program meets at Gately Park on Wednesdays from 6:00 to 6:45 PM, running August 26 through October 14. Registration covers the full eight-week session.
