What is adult guardianship? What do you do if someone needs a guardian? Who can act as a guardian? These questions and more will be answered in this presentation. Join us to learn about the legal process involved in obtaining adult guardianship, the role and services of the Public Guardian’s Office, the duties of all guardians in Illinois, and alternatives and less restrictive guardianships.

Presented by Tom Brennan, an attorney with over 30 years’ experience with the Office of the Cook County Public Guardian .
