Adult Book Club: Orbital

A monthly book club at the Avalon branch discusses Samantha Harvey's *Orbital*, winner of the 2024 Booker Prize. The novel follows six astronauts from different nations on one of the last space station missions before the program ends, capturing both the intimacy of daily life in zero gravity and the awe of watching Earth from orbit. The group meets Saturday, December 5, from 1:00 to 2:00 PM. Pick up a copy at the circulation desk beforehand.
