Games People Play

The weekly adult and senior game day at Garfield Ridge brings together Scrabble, dominoes, UNO, Yahtzee, canasta, Mexican Train, and more, with a standing invitation to bring your own game. Now in its fifth year, the group meets Thursdays from 2 to 4 PM and is actively looking to grow. It's a low-key way to meet neighbors, learn about the Senior Satellite Center and other library services, and spend an afternoon playing cards or trivia. Sign language interpretation or other accessibility accommodations are available with a 14-business-day request.
