ESL Practice: English Conversation Group

A free weekly English conversation group for adults who already know some English and want to build confidence speaking and listening. Literacy Chicago instructors lead 90 minutes of discussion on current events, life in Chicago, and other everyday topics—a practical, low-pressure way to pick up conversational vocabulary and meet new people. The group meets every Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 7:30 PM at the West Town branch. New participants should register online with Literacy Chicago before their first session.
