English Language Learning (ESL/ELL) Course / Curso de Inglés

Build English fluency in small, supportive classes that focus on speaking, listening, vocabulary, grammar, and cultural understanding. Open to all languages, the course helps participants communicate more confidently with supervisors, teachers, neighbors, and doctors. The program meets Mondays and Wednesdays from September 9 through December 16, 5:30 to 7:30 PM at Humboldt Park (the library branch). Registration is required, and attendance at every session is encouraged. Offered in partnership with Literacy Chicago; free and open to adults.
