English Language Learning (ESL/ELL) Course / Curso de Inglés

A free English-language course meeting twice weekly at Humboldt Park, run in partnership with Literacy Chicago. Small classes focus on building speaking, listening, vocabulary, grammar, and cultural understanding, with the goal of helping participants communicate more confidently with supervisors, teachers, neighbors, and doctors. The course runs Mondays and Wednesdays from September 9 through December 16, with a session also offered Wednesday, November 4, from 5:30 to 7:30 PM. Registration is required, and consistent attendance is encouraged. All languages welcome.
