English Language Learning (ESL/ELL) Course / Curso de Inglés

An English as a Second Language course at Humboldt Park, offered in partnership with Literacy Chicago. Small, supportive classes build fluency in speaking, listening, vocabulary, grammar, and cultural understanding — designed for communicating with supervisors, teachers, neighbors, and doctors. The course meets Mondays and Wednesdays from September 9 through December 16, 5:30 to 7:30 PM. All languages are welcome. Registration is required, and participants are encouraged to attend every session. Sign language interpretation and other accessibility accommodations are available with requests made at least 14 business days in advance.
