Day of the Dead Altar Preparation at Vittum

A workshop at Vittum Park for anyone who wants to build a personal altar ahead of the neighborhood's Dia de los Muertos celebration. On Monday, October 26, from 6 to 8 PM, the park provides the altar space and structure; participants bring their own photos, mementos, and anything else they'd like to include. The finished altars will stay on display for the park's Day of the Dead event afterward.
