A free introductory coding workshop at West Lawn for kids and teens ages 6 to 17, teaching the basics of programming on Scratch, a beginner-friendly platform. No prior experience is needed; participants can use the session to build a game, make an animation, or just pick up a new skill. The workshop runs Saturday, November 28, from 12:00 to 1:00 PM. Registration is required by the start of the event, and a parent or guardian’s email address must be used for kids under 13. The program is offered in both English and Spanish.
