Book Buddy for Adults

The Book Buddy program at the Little Village branch pairs adult English learners with a reading partner to practice reading and discussing books together. Participants pick up the current month's title at the clerical desk, then meet on Thursday, October 15, from 12:15 to 1:00 PM to talk through characters, stories, and themes in preparation for the monthly ESL book club. It's a practical, low-pressure way to build reading confidence with a conversation partner.
