Basic computer skills help is available at the Chicago Bee branch on Tuesday, December 29, from noon to 5 PM, in a drop-in or one-on-one appointment format. Staff can guide you through the Chicago Digital Learn online resource or answer general tech questions; you are welcome to bring your own laptop. Assistance is offered on the 2nd floor — just stop by the desk or call ahead.
