Basic computer skills help is available one-on-one at the Chicago Bee branch on Wednesday, December 23, from 1:00 to 6:00 PM. Staff can guide you through the online resource Chicago Digital Learn or answer tech-related questions at the desk on the 2nd floor. You can book an appointment or drop in; bringing your own laptop is welcome. Call ahead if you need sign language interpretation or other accessibility accommodations — requests require at least 14 business days notice.
